SHIPPING & RETURNS

For each order you will receive a confirmation order with the description of the order placed, the selected delivery date and the respective costs.
Orders once made can not be modified. You will have to make a new order that will be made separately from the first one. In case of error in the order, please contact immediately through our phone number +34 982 808 725
You can not cancel the order if it is in process, you can check the status in your personal area in the requested order section. If you have selected as payment method (Credit card or Paypal) you can cancel the order before having made the payment.
For other forms of payment it is not possible to cancel the order.
Deliveries are processed by the carrier and are planned in the arc of the working day; it is not possible to set a precise schedule or to be contacted previously to agree it.
To know precisely the shipping costs, once the budget has been made, you must add it to the shopping cart where the net cost, VAT, transport and possible packaging costs will be displayed.
ADDITIONAL INCREMENTS IN THE PRICE FOR THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS
For those orders made from other geographical areas of the Spanish territory, or countries inside or outside the European Community zone, please contact us previously, to check the possible additional transport costs, or differences in the price for different levels tax.
In case of difficulty with the carrier or orders that could not be delivered, contact us as soon as possible to be able to give new instructions to the carrier.
WHEN RECEIVING THE PACKAGE:
A.) Check in front of the carrier the integrity of the packaging and the number of packages.
B.) If the packaging presents visible damage (creases, breaks, blows, etc), SIGN INDICATING THE SPECIFIC DAMAGE, stating the reason in the delivery receipt of the carrier (for example “I sign with reservation indicating broken packaging, folded,. ..” etc)
C.) ALWAYS ACCEPT THE ORDER to proceed with the claim for damage.
D.) Even if the packaging is intact, if the internal material is damaged, YOU MUST POINT OUT THE DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEPTION.
