All our products have a 2 year warranty.

In the event of any malfunction, you can notify us at the email or on the phone number +34 982 808 725. To do this, indicate the order and invoice reference, and the cause of the warranty request. Deliveries are made by the carrier and are scheduled within the arc of the working day; It is not possible to set a precise schedule or be contacted previously to agree, unless the carrier provides it.

Refund for nonconformity: you have 14 days to test the product from delivery to your home. C.) ALWAYS ACCEPT THE ORDER in order to proceed with the claim for damage.

D.) Even if the packaging was intact, if the internal material is damaged, IT MUST POINT OUT THE DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT.
